Gold ‘N Hot accepts returns and exchanges for any products purchased within 30 days from goldnhothair.com. We always encourage customers to contact Consumer Services before returning an item. Please include your packing slip to ensure the package is easy to identify and include the best telephone number and email address for Consumer Service to reach you.
If you lost or misplaced your packing slip, please contact Consumer Service to provide you a new packing slip to use for your return.
For exchanges after 30-days, send the appliance postage paid along with proof of purchase, a note explaining reason for return, and $6.00 US to cover handling, insurance and return postage costs.
Refunds are processed (3-5) business days after an item has been received by Helen of Troy. The refund should appear in your account within five business days after the refund has been processed. If you still have questions regarding a refund, please contact Consumer Services for assistance.
Gold ‘N Hot offers a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all orders. Currently, Gold ‘n Hot does not ship to PO boxes. This includes any Gold ‘N Hot items and other items sold on goldnhothair.com. Orders made by 12 pm Central Time will ship out the same day. Any orders after 12 pm Central will ship the following business day. Gifts purchased through goldnhothair.com can be refunded to the credit card used or exchanged for another item. Consumer Services can assist you with the information and additional details you need to return your gift item. Please contact Consumer Service at 1-800-487-7273.
Helen of Troy warrants to the original purchaser that this appliance is free from defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, attempts at repair or the use of unauthorized attachments. If this appliance fails to operate properly under normal use within 30 days from purchase because of defect, simply return it to the place of purchase with proof of purchase for a no-charge replacement. If found defective after 30 days and within the warranty period, send the appliance postage paid along with proof of purchase, a note explaining reason for return, and $10.00 US to cover handling, insurance, and return postage costs to: Helen of Troy L.P., Consumer Service Department, 1 Helen of Troy Plaza, El Paso, Texas 79912 USA.
